Ars Al. Torc-Mercury (?)

The Ars Alchemy Torc is a magical item granted to members of the Ars Alchemy Guild. When worn its solid gold bands wrap around the upper arm, set on the front of the torc a small glass sphere imbedded in the gold contains what looks like mercury. Little is known about the Ars Alchemy, the whispered Guild of the Kyrian Alchemist Assassins. And what little is known is simply the guild name and the occasional forays into Bereny to perform actions of necessity. This torc can be worn, though the result of this may not be known as this is reputed to be a guild item. Player’s Notes: The torc, which equips to the arm, grants +5 alchemical defense and +5 health. Anyone can equip it.

Often called the 'love stone', the Blue Quartz has had many tales told of its effects in the folklore of Bereny.

This is a Glacial Torc. Created from rare metals and the icy heart of a glacier this Torc is as cold as ice. There are various runes of power carved into the ice as well as an unknown glyph that has been stamped crudely into the gold that plates part of the Torc.

Lapis Cluster (?)

The lapis cluster is a distinctive piece of dress jewellery. Favored by sages and enchanters the piece is made from lapis lazuli, broken into mnay shards and set into a shimmering backdrop of purest gold. The cluster can be pinned or worn on the arm to offset cloaks, tunics, or dresses of purple, blue or red hue. Those who dabble in mysticism claim that the lapis stone enhances the connection with the source of all magic, although many dismiss this claim as idle fancy.

Man Badge (?)

A Man Badge is a magic item created many years ago by the reclusive wizard Andymion. Many feel that he made the item as something of a joke, although the truth of this has never been established. Essentially, male adventurers can equip a Man Badge. It will refuse to be equipped by female adventurers. When equipped, it grants the wielder +1 Strength while reducing the wielder –1 Wisdom. A character that already has a 18 Strength can only equip this item. Its usual purpose is to allow strength to rise higher than human levels (21+).

I took a look at the silver bangles. Simple silver jewellery with a hallmark that shows they were made in Poldoon. Though cheap, they are very popular. These bangles are worn on the right wrist. Adventurers report that they improve the wearer’s appearance, +1.
